Vivienne Sequeira has a strong track record of driving business and revenue growth through the design and execution of strategic business development, fundraising, and stewardship initiatives targeting foundation, government, corporate, and individual funding streams. With deep expertise across infrastructure, power generation, ICT, and security sectors, she brings sharp market intelligence and a nuanced understanding of global economic and political dynamics. Recognized as a business insights Subject Matter Expert (SME), she possesses detailed knowledge of how the private sector engages with key U.S. government agencies—including DOC, DOS, USTDA, MCC, USAID, ExIm, Power Africa, and Prosper Africa—as well as international development finance institutions such as the AfDB and the World Bank, and UN agencies. Throughout her career, she has advised senior principals on infrastructure and power trends in Africa, supported high-level RFP processes, sourced more than 200 strategic leads, and raised over $300,000 per event for major U.S.–Africa infrastructure conferences.

A people-centered and dynamic leader, Vivienne excels at building high-performing teams, removing operational bottlenecks, and aligning talent and resources to achieve organizational objectives.
