Lova Andriamasinoro is a communications and stakeholder engagement specialist currently serving as Technical Assistant at the African Union Commission’s Peace Fund Secretariat in Ethiopia. In this role, she leads strategic communication initiatives to enhance institutional visibility and resource mobilization, while overseeing digital platforms and producing high-level bilingual content for partners and donors. She also plays a key role in coordinating cross-functional projects, strengthening monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and supporting the effective implementation of peace and security initiatives across the continent.
With a solid background spanning international organizations and regional institutions, Lova brings proven expertise in project management, intercultural communication, and strategic planning. Her previous roles with the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (REPAC) and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Antananarivo highlight her ability to design impactful communication strategies, manage large-scale events, and foster stakeholder engagement. A graduate of Senghor University, she combines strong academic training with hands-on experience to drive innovative and results-oriented initiatives in multicultural environments.
