Ernest Masvavike is a seasoned Zimbabwean corporate executive with over 15 years of comprehensive experience in corporate strategy, risk management, internal audit, and compliance. He currently serves as the Director of Strategy, Research, and Innovation at the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA).

Concurrently, he contributes his expertise as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the board of ZB Financial Holdings.Throughout his career, Masvavike has held several high-level leadership positions across the banking, insurance, asset management, and public taxation sectors. His notable past roles include serving as the Managing Director of Group Investment Services at Fidelity Life Assurance, Group Chief Risk and Compliance Executive at ZHL Holdings, and Group Enterprise-wide Risk Manager at CBZ Holdings.
