I am a nonprofit leader with over a decade of experience building, leading, and strengthening mission-driven organizations across gender equality, education, reproductive health, GBV prevention, child protection, and youth development.

Currently, I serve as Chief Operating Officer (COO), providing strategic leadership across programs, operations, people management, partnerships, and fundraising. I have worked across the full organizational lifecycle, from grassroots program delivery to executive decision-making which allows me to bridge strategy with on-the-ground realities.

My core strengths lie in organizational development, leadership, communication, and people management. I have led multi-disciplinary teams, strengthened internal systems, supported program scale.

I am particularly passionate about work that centers women and girls, strengthens community-led responses to GBV, advances youth leadership, and improves access to education and health for underserved populations. I bring a systems-thinking lens to social impact, ensuring that programs are not only well-designed, but well-managed, accountable, and positioned for long-term growth.

I am known for being a calm, thoughtful, and execution-oriented leader, able to navigate complexity, build trust with stakeholders, and guide teams through change with clarity and empathy.
