Throughout his career, he has actively engaged in national political dialogues and formed alliances, notably partnering with the Congolese Labour Party (PCT) to advance peace and social progress. In the private sector, he has also established himself as an entrepreneur, serving as the head of the company PAMM – Habitat.
MIAKA is widely recognized for his advocacy regarding structural state reforms, specifically pioneering the concept of the “departmentalization of executive power” to correct socio-economic imbalances across the country’s regions. He strongly supported the 2015 constitutional reforms in the Republic of the Congo, publicly praising the adoption of the new text under President Denis Sassou N’Guesso. His political vision focuses heavily on deepening decentralization, increasing local employment, and guaranteeing the equitable distribution of national resources
