Boitumelo Mosako is the Chief Executive Officer of the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA), making history in April 2023 as the first woman to lead the institution. A qualified Chartered Accountant with over 22 years of financial sector experience, she previously served as the DBSA’s Chief Financial Officer from 2018 to 2023. Her academic credentials include degrees from the University of Cape Town and an Advanced Management Program certificate from Harvard Business School.

Her career spans both public and private sectors, having worked with Ernst & Young, Citibank, Triumph Venture Capital, and as CFO of the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS). Today, she focuses on driving regional integration and sustainable infrastructure development across Southern Africa.
