Segun Adebayo is an accomplished leader with over two decades of experience spanning facility management, corporate governance, and financial services. As Chief Executive Officer of Pillars & Frames Limited in Lagos, he leads a premier infrastructure and facility management advisory and consulting firm, delivering strategic solutions in asset management, integrated facility operations, and infrastructure development. His leadership has positioned the organization as a trusted partner in driving operational excellence and sustainable growth across public and private sector institutions.

Previously, Segun served as Senior Special Assistant on Facilities Management to the Ogun State Government, where he developed and implemented a strategic roadmap for integrated facility management across state-owned assets, including markets, malls, and judicial facilities. He also provided high-level strategic support as Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Board at the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), strengthening corporate governance processes and regulatory compliance. Earlier in his career, he held senior administrative and general services leadership roles at Kakawa Discount House Limited and FBN Quest Merchant Bank Limited, where he enhanced operational efficiency and led key infrastructure initiatives over a 15-year tenure.

Segun holds an MSc in Corporate Governance from Leeds Beckett University in the United Kingdom and an HND in Banking and Finance from Kwara State Polytechnic. A former 13th President of the IFMA Lagos Chapter, he has advanced professional standards in facility management while championing ethical leadership, collaboration, and continuous learning. Passionate about mentoring emerging professionals, he actively participates in local and international conferences and remains committed to innovation in infrastructure and asset management.
